1. Payment by bank transfer from Croatia

Guests from Croatia can make their payments to the bank account of the agency.

To make the payment on the bank account of the agency You will need the following information:

Payer: Name and surname of the holder of the reservation with home address

Amount: The amount according to the received calculation

Date: the payment must be made within 24 hours upon sending the calculation

2. Payment by bank transfer from abroad

Guests from abroad can pay their reservations with bank transfers to our foreign exchange account.

To make the payment on the foreign exchange account of the agency You will need the following information:

Payer: Name and surname of the holder of the reservation with home address

Receiver:  Memento d.o.o. Split, Hektoroviceva 40, 21000 Split, Croatia

Bank: Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Petrinjska 59, Zagreb, Croatia

Amount: The amount according to the received calculation

Date: the payment must be made within 48 hours upon sending the calculation

3. Payment by credit cards on line via our secure server  

After we receive Your booking confirmation we will send You an e mail with the link of the secure server where You will need to fill in the requested data about Your credit card and reservation to make the payment of Your booking. 

After You fill in the requested data and we will verify your card and charge you for the agreed amount. If everything is fine You will receive a confirmation e mail with all details you will need for your arrival. Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and our secure Payment Gateway and vice versa.
